22.11.2024I repurchased Chacrona Linen, just like the previous ones 4 years ago. I am not very happy with the quality of the current ones. 1. Why did the toe become so bent? This did not happen before. I think that's why a new pair seems a bit small for my foot. 2. The folds of fabric on the top of the toe are completely impossible to straighten out or reduce, it looks unsightly because they are extreme, unlike those shown in the photo on the website. And it's very different between left and right shoe. 3. Size 43, which was normal for the previous sneakers, seems small for the new ones. 4. I am not very happy with the quality of the local delivery service through which the store brought me the shoes. -

20.10.2024Boots were shipped quickly and I received them from overseas very fast. I couldn’t find the color I wanted in the states. The boots were well constructed, but sizing was an issue. Also the color appeared darker in photos with less distressing. Boots arrived in their box with shrink wrap. FedEx did not do their finest with the box. An actual shipping box would have provided more care to my order, that I didn’t like. Return policy stated label would be provided and that was not the case for me. Return labels provided via email, but the charge of $30 was not in the information provided. I probably would have not ordered in that case. But I was able to try a very nice brand for my very defective feet. No harm, no foul as we say in the states. Thank you. -

11.07.2024I contacted customer service, just to check if they had a discontinued Boot model in stock, luckily I was able to grab one of the lasts pairs of Meraki low boots, they sent me a link and I purchased them, the shipping from Spain to New Zealand took 9 days, pretty fast! I hope Satorisan Re launches this model, it’s my favourite!
