1.- EMPRESA ORGANIZADORA DE LA PROMOCIÓN 

La Empresa SATORISAN SL con domicilio en C/ Paseo de la Alameda, 45, B, 1, 1, 46023, Valencia, España e identificada con el número CIF B98268196 organiza el sorteo (en adelante, “la Promoción”) de ámbito internacional, a desarrollar a través de Internet, exclusivo para usuarios residentes en Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, USA, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el apartado requisitos de participación. 

La finalidad de este sorteo es premiar la fidelidad y participación de los clientes de Satorisan.

1. ORGANISING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION 

The company SATORISAN SL, with registered office at C/ Paseo de la Alameda, 45, B, 1, 1, 46023, Valencia, Spain, and identified with CIF number B98268196, organises the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of international scope, to be carried out via the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, USA, in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section. 

The purpose of this draw is to reward the loyalty and participation of Satorisan followers. 

2.-FECHA DE INICIO Y FECHA DE FINALIZACIÓN 

La Promoción se iniciará el día 31 de mayo del 2026 a las 18:00H y terminará el día 7 de junio del 2026 a las 18:00H.  

La eficacia de la presente Promoción y la posterior celebración del sorteo quedan sujetas a la condición suspensiva de alcanzar un quórum mínimo de CINCUENTA (50) participantes únicos que cumplan con todos los requisitos de participación establecidos en estas Bases. 

Se establece este mínimo por razones de viabilidad técnica y representatividad de la acción promocional. En caso de que, a la fecha de finalización del periodo de participación (7 de junio de 2026), no se hubiera alcanzado dicho número, SATORISAN SL podrá declarar el sorteo como 'desierto por falta de participación mínima', quedando cancelada la entrega del premio sin que ello genere derecho a indemnización alguna para los participantes, al tratarse de una promoción gratuita. 

En tal supuesto, SATORISAN SL se compromete a comunicar la cancelación de la promoción a través de los mismos canales en los que se publicitó el sorteo y, específicamente, mediante correo electrónico a los usuarios que se hubieran registrado hasta ese momento, en un plazo no superior a CUARENTA Y OCHO (48) horas desde la fecha prevista para el sorteo. 

2.- START AND END DATE 

The promotion will begin on 31 May 2026 at 6.00 pm and will end on 7 June 2026 at 6.00 pm. The Company reserves the right not to proceed with the promotional campaign if, by the stated start date, fewer than 50 entries have been received. 

The effectiveness of this Promotion and the subsequent holding of the draw are subject to the suspensive condition of reaching a minimum quorum of FIFTY (50) unique participants who meet all the participation requirements established in these Terms and Conditions. 

This minimum is established for reasons of technical feasibility and representativeness of the promotional activity. In the event that, by the end of the participation period (7 June 2026), this number has not been reached, SATORISAN SL may declare the draw “void due to insufficient minimum participation,” and the prize distribution shall be cancelled without this giving rise to any right to compensation for participants, as this is a free promotional activity. 

In such a case, SATORISAN SL undertakes to communicate the cancellation of the promotion through the same channels in which the draw was advertised and, specifically, by email to users who have registered up to that point, within a period not exceeding FORTY-EIGHT (48) hours from the originally scheduled date of the draw. 

3.- REQUISITOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN Y MECÁNICA DE LA PROMOCIÓN 

Es importante subrayar que la participación en el Concurso supone la aceptación incondicional y el respeto de lo dispuesto en las presentes Bases Legales. 

• Podrán participar aquellas personas que residan en Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, USA, y sean mayores de 18 años. 
• Sólo podrán participar aquellos Participantes que hayan completado correctamente el formulario de registro en la web del organizador: https://eu.satorisan.com/pages/customer-update  
• Los datos personales con los que los participantes rellenen el formulario de inscripción deberán ser datos veraces. 
• Los Participantes sólo podrán participar con una única cuenta de correo electrónico. Si se detecta que un Participante participa con varias cuentas será descalificado. 

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS 

It is important to emphasise that participation in the Contest implies unconditional acceptance and adherence to these Legal Terms and Conditions. 

• Participation is open to persons residing in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, USA, who are over 18 years of age. 
• Only those participants who have completed the registration form on the organiser’s website may take part: https://eu.satorisan.com/pages/customer-update   
• The personal data provided by participants in the registration form must be accurate. 
• Participants may only enter using a single email account. If it is found that a participant is entering using multiple accounts, they will be disqualified. 

4.- CONDICIONES DE LA PROMOCIÓN Y PREMIOS 

Se elegirán a un ganador y a tres suplentes por sorteo el día 8 de junio.  

La selección de los ganadores y suplentes se realizará de forma aleatoria a través de la plataforma AppSorteos. AppSorteos es una plataforma que garantiza la transparencia del resultado del sorteo y como prueba de ello emite un certificado de validez para cada uno de sus sorteos, cuyo resultado es inalterable por el organizador del sorteo, y que cualquier usuario participante puede solicitar al organizador. 

La persona ganadora obtendrá como premio: Un par de zapatos de la marca organizadora al año a elección del ganador, durante los próximos 20 años, a contar desde el año 2026. 

• El premio consistirá en un par de zapatos de la colección estándar de la marca, excluyendo ediciones limitadas, colaboraciones especiales, o productos que superen los 250€. 
• Los gastos de envío estándar están incluidos, pero cualquier arancel aduanero o impuesto local de importación (especialmente para envíos fuera de la UE, como USA) será responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador. 
• La elección del modelo estará sujeta a la disponibilidad de stock y tallas en el momento de la solicitud anual por parte del ganador. 

La Empresa se pondrá en contacto con el ganador a través de la dirección de email que facilitó al cumplimentar la encuesta. El ganador podrá contactar con la Empresa a través de hello@satorisan.com durante el plazo de 7 días naturales a contar desde la fecha en la que se le anuncie que ha sido el ganador. En caso de que en el plazo estipulado no se produjese tal contacto se procederá a asignar otro ganador entre los suplentes por orden de sorteo. 

La celebración del sorteo, así como la concesión del premio quedan sujetos a la normativa fiscal vigente. 

4.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES 

One winner and three alternates will be selected by draw on Juy 8th. 

Winners and alternates will be selected randomly through the AppSorteos platform. AppSorteos is a platform that ensures the transparency of the draw result and, as proof of this, issues a certificate of validity for each of its draws, the result of which cannot be altered by the organiser, and which any participating user can request from the organiser. 

The winner will receive the following prize: one pair of shoes from the organizing brand per year, of the winner’s choice, for the next 20 years, starting in 2026. 

• The prize will consist of one pair of shoes from the brand’s standard collection, excluding limited editions, special collaborations, or products exceeding €250. 
• Standard shipping costs are included, but any customs duties or local import taxes (especially for shipments outside the EU, such as the USA) will be the sole responsibility of the winner. 
• The choice of model will be subject to stock availability and sizes at the time of the winner’s annual request. 

The Company will contact the winner via the email address provided when completing the survey. The winner may contact the Company via hello@satorisan.com within 7 calendar days from the date they are informed that they have won. If such contact is not made within the stipulated time, another winner will be assigned from the alternates in the order of the draw. 

The draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations. 

5.- LIMITACIONES 

Si se evidenciase que cualquiera de los participantes no cumple con los requisitos exigidos en las Bases, o los datos proporcionados para participar no fueran válidos, su participación se considerará nula y quedarán automáticamente excluidos de la Promoción, perdiendo todo derecho sobre los premios otorgados en virtud de esta Promoción. 

No podrán participar en la Promoción las siguientes personas: (i) Los trabajadores por cuenta ajena empleados en cualquiera de las sociedades y otras entidades con personalidad jurídica vinculadas a SATORISAN SL (ii) Cualquier otra persona física que haya participado directa o indirectamente en la organización de este Concurso o haya estado involucrado directa o indirectamente en su preparación o desarrollo (agencia, proveedores, etc.). 

El premio entregado no será transferible ni susceptible de cambios, alteraciones o compensaciones a petición de los Participantes, no pudiendo ser canjeado por cualquier otro producto ni por dinero. 

SATORISAN SL se reserva el derecho, si concurre justa causa y previa comunicación en legal forma, de efectuar cualquier cambio, suspender o ampliar esta Promoción. 

Correrán a cuenta y cargo del ganador cualquier carga fiscal o tributaria que la aceptación del premio pudiera suponerle, así como cualquier otro gasto derivado de la promoción que no esté expresamente asumido por SATORISAN SL en las presentes Bases Legales. 

Se establece un plazo de QUINCE (15) días naturales desde la fecha de la concesión del premio, para efectuar cualquier reclamación motivada. SATORISAN SL se reserva, en caso de obligada necesidad, el derecho de sustituir el premio por otro de similares características. 

5.- LIMITATIONS 

If it is evident that any participant does not meet the requirements of the Terms and Conditions, or the data provided for participation are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void, and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing any rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion. 

The following persons may not participate in the Promotion: (i) Employees of any of the companies and other legal entities linked to SATORISAN SL; (ii) Any other physical person who has participated directly or indirectly in the organisation of this Contest or has been directly or indirectly involved in its preparation or development (agency, suppliers, etc.). 

The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations, or compensation at the request of the participants. It may not be exchanged for any other product or money. 

SATORISAN SL reserves the right, if there is just cause and proper legal communication, to make any changes, suspend, or extend this Promotion. 

Any tax or fiscal burden that accepting the prize might imply, as well as any other expenses derived from the Promotion that are not expressly assumed by SATORISAN SL in these Legal Terms and Conditions, will be borne by the winner. 

A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date of the awarding of the prize is established for any motivated claim. SATORISAN SL reserves the right, if necessary, to substitute the prize for another of similar characteristics. 

6. - EXONERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD 

A título enunciativo, pero no limitativo, no nos responsabilizamos de las posibles pérdidas, robos, retrasos o cualquiera otra circunstancia imputable a terceros que puedan afectar al desarrollo de la presente Promoción, así como tampoco nos responsabilizamos a del uso que haga el participante respecto del premio que obtenga de esta Promoción, y no asume responsabilidad alguna por ningún daño o perjuicio de cualquier tipo que pudieren sufrir los Participantes, ganador o terceros. 

No asumimos la responsabilidad en casos de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito que pudieran impedir la realización de la Promoción o el disfrute total o parcial del premio. En caso de que esta Promoción no pudiera realizarse, bien por fraudes detectados en la misma, errores técnicos, o cualquier otro motivo que no esté bajo el control de SATORISAN SL y que afecte al normal desarrollo del Concurso, nos reservamos el derecho a cancelar, modificar, o suspender la misma, incluyendo el cuestionario y página web de participación. 

SATORISAN SL no se hace responsable de fallos técnicos en la plataforma AppSorteos o en el formulario de registro que impidan la participación, siempre que estos sean ajenos a su control directo. 

6.- DISCLAIMER 

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for any possible losses, theft, delays, or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion. Nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant concerning the prize obtained in this Promotion, and we assume no liability for any damages or harm of any kind that participants, the winner, or third parties may suffer. 

We are not responsible in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or the full or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason beyond the control of SATORISAN SL that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the questionnaire and participation website. 

SATORISAN SL shall not be held responsible for technical failures in the AppSorteos platform or in the registration form that prevent participation, provided that such failures are beyond its direct control. 

7.- PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES

De conformidad con lo establecido en la normativa aplicable en materia de protección de datos, y concretamente en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos, cada Participante, con la aceptación de estas Bases Legales consiente que los datos personales facilitados para la participación en este concurso sean incorporados a un fichero titularidad de SATORISAN SL para tramitar la participación en el concurso y para comunicarle el premio en caso de que resultase Ganador. 

Le informamos de que sus datos personales de contacto serán utilizados para las siguientes finalidades: 

• Gestión del Sorteo: Trataremos sus datos para gestionar su participación y, en su caso, la entrega del premio. Base legal: Ejecución del contrato (Bases Legales) conforme al Art. 6.1.b RGPD.

Sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso administrativo o acción judicial, el Participante tendrá derecho a presentar una reclamación ante una Autoridad de Control, en particular en el Estado miembro en el que tenga su residencia habitual, lugar de trabajo o lugar de la supuesta infracción, en caso de que considere que el tratamiento de sus datos personales no es adecuado a la normativa, así como en el caso de no ver satisfecho el ejercicio de sus derechos. 

La Autoridad de Control ante la que se haya presentado la reclamación informará al reclamante sobre el curso y el resultado de la reclamación.

8.- CAMBIOS 

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar o ampliar estas bases promocionales, en la medida que no perjudique o menoscabe los derechos de los participantes en la Promoción. 

En caso de cese de actividad, liquidación o cambio de control de SATORISAN SL, la obligación de entrega del premio se extinguirá, sin que el ganador tenga derecho a indemnización por los años restantes. 

8.- CHANGES 

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional terms, provided it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of participants in the Promotion. 

In the event of cessation of activity, liquidation, or a change of control of SATORISAN SL, the obligation to deliver the prize shall be extinguished, and the winner shall not be entitled to any compensation for the remaining years. 

9.- LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN 

Estas bases legales se regirán de conformidad con la ley española. Serán competentes para resolver cualquier reclamación o controversia que pudiera plantearse en relación con la validez, interpretación o cumplimiento de estas bases los Juzgados y Tribunales de la ciudad del Participante. 

9.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION 

These legal terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. The courts and tribunals of the participant’s city will have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise concerning the validity, interpretation, or performance of these terms.
