  • Use neutral soap and choose a cold and gentle cycle (max. 24ºC/75,2ºF).

    The fit - first; color/design - second! I bought a salmon-colored pair in Spring 24 to wear to France and Italy for a bit of flare. Felt great from day one.     I could not LOVE my Heisei Suede sneakers more. I have never gotten so many compliments on a shoe. They are beautifully made and absolutely adorable (if a shoe can be adorable, and I believe it can be). I'm already eyeing my next pair. (PS - Customer service is excellent, superlative, wonderful. And shipping is lightening fast.) Sizing tip: I’m a US 8.5 and initially ordered a EU 40, but they ran a bit big. I exchanged them for a EU 39 and they fit perfectly. If you're unsure, I highly recommend measuring your feet and comparing that to shoe length.
