1. EMPRESA ORGANIZADORA · ORGANISING COMPANY
SATORISAN, S.L., con domicilio en C/ Paseo de la Alameda, 45, B, 1, 1, 46023, Valencia (España), CIF
B98268196 (en adelante, el “Organizador”), promueve el presente sorteo (la “Promoción”) conforme
a las presentes Bases. La Promoción se desarrolla en línea a través de Instagram.
SATORISAN, S.L., registered office at C/ Paseo de la Alameda, 45, B, 1, 1, 46023, Valencia (Spain), VAT
ID B98268196 (the “Organiser”), runs this giveaway (the “Promotion”) under these Terms. The
Promotion is conducted online via Instagram.

2. ÁMBITO TERRITORIAL Y ELEGIBILIDAD · TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND ELIGIBILITY
Podrán participar personas mayores de 18 años y residentes en: España, Andorra, Portugal, Bélgica,
Francia, Alemania, Italia, Países Bajos, Luxemburgo y Estados Unidos. Quedan excluidos territorios
sancionados o donde la normativa local impida la promoción.
Open to 18+ residents of Spain, Andorra, Portugal, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands,
Luxembourg, and the United States. Excludes sanctioned territories or where local rules prevent the
promotion.

3. FECHA DE INICIO Y FIN · START AND END DATE
La Promoción comenzará el [15/12/2025] a las [10:00] CET y finalizará el [21/12/2025] a las [21:00]
CET. El Organizador, una vez publicado el sorteo y hasta cinco días antes de la fecha de realización,
podrá ajustar las fechas por causa justificada, comunicándolo en el post del sorteo.

CET. The Organiser may adjust dates for justified reasons, communicating any change on the giveaway

4. CANAL Y MECÁNICA DE PARTICIPACIÓN · CHANNEL AND ENTRY MECHANICS

4.1 Participaciones válidas y antifraude · Valid entries & anti-fraud
Cada comentario que mencione a 1 persona será una participación. No se admiten
participaciones automatizadas, cuentas duplicadas o creadas ad hoc, ni el uso de herramientas o
scripts. El Organizador podrá eliminar participaciones y bloquear usuarios que infrinjan estas
Bases, realicen spam/ofensas o intenten manipular el resultado.
Each comment tagging 1 person counts as one entry. Automated entries, duplicate/ad-hoc
accounts, or the use of scripts/tools are not allowed. The Organiser may remove entries and
block users breaching these Terms, posting spam/offensive content, or attempting to
manipulate the result.

4.2 Menciones y datos de terceros · Third-party tags & data
Al mencionar a terceros en comentarios o aportar contenidos con su imagen/datos, el
participante declara que ha informado y obtenido su consentimiento. El participante será único
responsable frente a reclamaciones de terceros, manteniendo indemne al Organizador.
By tagging third parties or posting content including their image/data, the entrant declares they
have informed and obtained consent. The entrant is solely liable for third-party claims and shall
hold the Organiser harmless.

5. SELECCIÓN Y COMUNICACIÓN DE LA PERSONA GANADORA · WINNER SELECTION &
NOTIFICATION
Se seleccionará 1 ganador/a y 10 suplentes mediante sorteo aleatorio con AppSorteos u otra
herramienta de funcionalidad equivalente el [22/12/2025]. El Organizador contactará a la persona
ganadora a través de un mensaje directo desde su cuenta oficial @satorisan.brand. La persona
ganadora dispondrá de un plazo de 72 horas para responder y facilitar la documentación de
verificación (ver Cláusula 9). Si no responde en dicho plazo o no cumple con los requisitos
establecidos, perderá su derecho al premio y se contactará al primer suplente por orden de
extracción. El mismo procedimiento se seguirá sucesivamente con los demás suplentes, quienes
dispondrán del mismo plazo de 72 horas desde la comunicación para responder.
El Organizador conservará evidencias del sorteo (grabación del fallo del sorteo y certificado del
resultado) y podrá facilitarlas a requerimiento de autoridad competente.
Aviso sobre comunicaciones y suplantaciones. El Organizador únicamente contactará a la persona
ganadora mediante mensaje directo (DM) desde la cuenta oficial @satorisan.brand. El Organizador
no solicitará en ningún caso pagos, contraseñas, códigos de verificación ni datos bancarios. Cualquier
comunicación recibida desde cuentas distintas de @satorisan.brand deberá considerarse no
autorizada y será ignorada y reportada. El Organizador podrá reportar y solicitar la retirada de
perfiles suplantadores y no responderá de los perjuicios derivados de interacciones con cuentas no
oficiales.

1 winner and 10 alternates will be randomly selected using AppSorteos or an equivalent tool on 22
December 2025. The Organiser will contact the winner via DM from @satorisan.brand. The winner
has 72 hours to reply and provide verification (see Clause 9); otherwise the alternate will be
contacted.

The Organiser will keep evidence of the draw (a recording of the draw and a certificate of the result)
and may provide it upon request by competent authorities.

Notice on communications and impersonation. The Organiser will only contact the winner via direct
message (DM) from the official account @satorisan.brand. The Organiser will never request
payments, passwords, verification codes or bank details. Any communication received from accounts
other than @satorisan.brand shall be deemed unauthorized and should be ignored and reported.
The Organiser may report and request takedown of impersonating profiles and shall not be liable for
any losses arising from interactions with non-official accounts.

6. PREMIO · PRIZE
El premio consiste en un bono de viaje para dos (2) personas a Costa Rica, valorado en hasta el importe máximo de 8.000 €. El viaje será gestionado por Viajes Area (https://www.viajesarea.com/), y cubrirá vuelos internacionales y servicios terrestres hasta dicho importe máximo y según disponibilidad. El premio es personal e intransferible y no podrá ser canjeado por su valor en metálico, salvo que la ley aplicable así lo exija. Sustitución del premio. Si por causas ajenas al Organizador el premio no pudiera entregarse en los términos previstos, éste podrá sustituirlo por otro de igual o superior valor, sin que ello genere derecho a compensación. Acompañante. El acompañante deberá cumplir los mismos requisitos de edad y documentación que la persona ganadora. Se deja expresa constancia de que la condición de premiado recae exclusivamente en la persona ganadora, sin que el acompañante adquiera derecho alguno sobre el premio a efectos fiscales o de cualquier otra índole.

The prize is a travel voucher up to €8,000 for 2 people to Costa Rica, managed by Viajes Area (https://www.viajesarea.com/), covering international flights and land services up to that cap and
subject to availability. Prize is personal, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless legally
required. Prize substitution. If the prize cannot be delivered as planned due to reasons beyond the Organiser’s
control, it may be replaced with one of equal or higher value, without compensation.
Companion. The companion must meet the same age and documentation requirements as the
winner. It is hereby expressly stated that the status of prize-winner lies exclusively with the winner,
and the companion shall not acquire any rights over the prize for tax or any other purposes.

6.1 Regla única de salidas (vuelos) · Single departure rule (flights)
La salida por defecto está prevista desde Madrid (España). Si la persona ganadora prefiere un
aeropuerto internacional distinto, Viajes Area, recalculará el itinerario dentro del límite de 8.000
€. Si el coste total supera dicho límite, el ganador podrá abonar la diferencia directamente a la
agencia en el momento de la emisión de la reserva o, alternativamente, ajustar número de
noches, la categoría de los servicios o las actividades para mantenerse en el importe máximo del
premio.

The default departure point is Madrid (Spain). If the winner prefers a different international
airport, Viajes Area will recalculate the itinerary within the €8,000 limit. If the total cost exceeds
this limit, the winner may pay the difference directly to the agency at the time of issuing the
booking or, alternatively, adjust the number of nights, the service category or the activities in
order to stay within the maximum value of the prize.
6.2 Valor orientativo del premio · Reference value of the prize
Itinerario de referencia (no contractual, orientativo): Madrid – San José (Costa Rica) – Madrid,
10–12 días en marzo para 2 personas; vuelos en clase turista con 1 maleta facturada/persona,
hoteles 4★ (o similares) en habitación doble, traslados básicos y 1–2 actividades estándar,
según disponibilidad. Este itinerario es orientativo y sujeto a tarifas y disponibilidad; si el coste
supera 8.000 €, el ganador podrá pagar la diferencia o ajustar el itinerario.
Reference itinerary (non-contractual, indicative): Madrid – San José (Costa Rica) – Madrid, 10–
12 days in March for 2 people; round-trip economy flights with 1 checked bag/person, 4★ hotels
(or similar) in double room, basic transfers and 1–2 standard activities, subject to availability.
This is indicative and subject to seasonal fares; if it exceeds €8,000, the winner may pay the
difference or adjust the itinerary.

7. CANJE, RESERVA Y FECHAS EXCLUIDAS · REDEMPTION, BOOKING & BLACKOUT DATES
Canje: El premio deberá canjearse en un plazo máximo de seis (6) meses desde la notificación al
ganador.
Reserva: La reserva del viaje deberá realizarse con al menos un (1) mes de antelación a la fecha de
salida para asegurar la disponibilidad.
Fechas excluidas: Periodos de Navidad y Semana Santa.
Redemption: The prize must be redeemed within a maximum period of six (6) months from
notification to the winner.
Booking: The trip must be booked at least one (1) month prior to the departure date in order to
ensure availability.

Excluded dates: Christmas and Easter periods.

8. GESTIÓN DEL VIAJE · TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
El Organizador facilitará al ganador los datos de contacto de Viajes Area (nombre, email, persona y
teléfono). Desde ese momento, la agencia tratará directamente con el ganador para diseñar y cerrar
el viaje conforme a lo estipulado en estas Bases.
The Organiser will provide the winner with Viajes Area contact details (name, email, contact person
and phone). The agency will liaise directly with the winner to design and confirm the trip under these
Terms.

9. VERIFICACIÓN Y DOCUMENTACIÓN · VERIFICATION & DOCUMENTATION
Se podrá requerir a la persona ganadora la presentacion de pasaporte en vigor (copia escaneada),
direccion de correo electrónico, número de teléfono y cualquier otro documento que acredite
fehacientemente su identidad, edad y país de residencia (España, Andorra, Portugal, Bélgica, Francia,
Alemania, Italia, Países Bajos, Luxemburgo o EE. UU.).
The winner may be required to provide a valid passport (scan), email, phone, and documents proving
identity, age and country of residence (Spain, Andorra, Portugal, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the
Netherlands, Luxembourg or the USA).

10. EXCEDENTES Y PAGOS · OVERAGES & PAYMENTS
Si el presupuesto final del viaje supera los 8.000 €, el importe excedente deberá ser abonado por la
persona ganadora a Viajes Area en el momento de emitir la reserva. Alternativamente, el ganador
podrá ajustar el itineario (noches/categoría/servicios) para no superar dicho importe.
If the trip budget exceeds €8,000, any overage must be paid to Viajes Area upon issuing the booking.
Alternatively, the winner may adjust nights/category/services to remain within the cap.

11. GASTOS INCLUIDOS/NO INCLUIDOS · INCLUDED / NOT INCLUDED
Los servicios Incluidos se se detallarán en la propuesta final que Viajes Area presente al ganador. No
están incluidos, salvo indicación expresa: visados, vacunas, seguros, tasas no especificadas, gastos
personales, equipaje adicional u otros extras.
Items included will be defined in Viajes Area’s final proposal. Not included, unless stated: visas,
vaccines, insurance, undisclosed taxes/fees, personal expenses, additional baggage or other extras.

12. PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS (RGPD) · DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
El responsable del tratamiento es SATORISAN, S.L. (C/ Paseo de la Alameda, 45, B, 1, 1, 46023, Valencia;
hello@satorisan.com). Los datos se tratarán con la finalidad de gestionar la participación en la Promoción,
verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y tramitar la entrega del premio. Los datos de la persona
ganadora serán comunicados a Viajes Area para la gestión del viaje. Los datos se conservarán durante la
vigencia de la Promoción y los plazos legales aplicables. Los participantes pueden ejercer sus derechos de
acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad a través de hello@satorisan.com. Más
información en [URL política de privacidad].Podrán existir transferencias internacionales para la
prestación de servicios de viaje.

The data controller is SATORISAN, S.L. (C/ Paseo de la Alameda, 45, B, 1, 1, 46023, Valencia;
hello@satorisan.com). The data will be processed for the purpose of managing participation in the
Promotion, verifying compliance with the requirements and handling delivery of the prize. The winner’s
data will be communicated to Viajes Area for the organisation of the trip. The data will be retained for the
duration of the Promotion and for the applicable statutory periods. Participants may exercise their rights
of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting hello@satorisan.com.
Further information is available in our Privacy Policy at [privacy policy URL]. International data transfers
may take place for the provision of travel services.

12 BIS. DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL E IMAGEN.
Uso de contenidos (UGC) e imagen. El participante autoriza al Organizador a reproducir, distribuir y
comunicar públicamente su usuario, comentarios y contenidos publicados para la Promoción, con
fines promocionales de la misma, por un plazo de [6 meses], sin compensación adicional y con
ámbito mundial, sin perjuicio de los derechos reconocidos por la ley.
El participante cuidará y garantizará que los contenidos publicados para la promoción sean originales
y no infrinjan derechos de terceros, manteniendo indemne al organizador de cualquier reclamacion
al respecto.

Use of content (UGC) and image. The participant authorises the Organiser to reproduce, distribute
and publicly communicate their username, comments and content published for the Promotion, for
promotional purposes of the Promotion itself, for a period of six (6) months, without additional
compensation and on a worldwide basis, without prejudice to the rights recognised by law.
The participant shall ensure and guarantee that the content published for the Promotion is original
and does not infringe any third-party rights, holding the Organiser harmless from any claims in this
regard.

13. FISCALIDAD · TAXES
De conformidad con la normativa fiscal vigente, el Organizador cumplirá con las obligaciones fiscales
que le correspondan. El ganador asumirá los impuestos que le resulten en su país de residencia y
aportará la documentación necesaria.
El premio objeto de esta Promoción está sujeto a la legislación fiscal española vigente.
Fiscalidad para ganadores residentes en España: El premio tiene la consideración de ganancia
patrimonial sujeta al Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas (IRPF). De conformidad con la
normativa aplicable, el Organizador (SATORISAN, S.L.) realizará el correspondiente ingreso a cuenta
del IRPF por cuenta del ganador.
El cálculo se realiza según lo dispuesto en el Reglamento del IRPF:
• Valor del premio: 8.000 €
• Base del ingreso a cuenta: 9.600 € (resultado de incrementar el valor del premio en un 20%).
• Ingreso a cuenta (19%): 1.824 €
El Organizador ingresará 1.824 € en la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria (AEAT) a nombre
del ganador. El ganador deberá declarar en su IRPF del ejercicio 2025 una ganancia patrimonial por
importe de 9.600 €. El ingreso a cuenta soportado será deducible de la cuota resultante de su
declaración.
A efectos informativos, se transcriben los artículos relevantes del Reglamento del IRPF:
Artículo 99. Importe de las retenciones sobre otras ganancias patrimoniales.
1. La retención a practicar sobre los premios en metálico será del 19 por ciento de su importe.
Artículo 105. Ingresos a cuenta sobre determinadas ganancias patrimoniales.
1. La cuantía del ingreso a cuenta que corresponda realizar por los premios satisfechos en
especie, que constituyan ganancias patrimoniales, se calculará aplicando el porcentaje
previsto en el artículo 99.1 del presente Reglamento al resultado de incrementar en un 20 por
ciento el valor de adquisición o coste para el pagador.
Fiscalidad para ganadores no residentes en España: Si el ganador no es residente fiscal en España, el
premio estará sujeto al Impuesto sobre la Renta de no Residentes (IRNR). El Organizador practicará la
retención que corresponda según la normativa vigente, atendiendo al país de residencia del ganador
y a los Convenios de Doble Imposición que resulten aplicables. El ganador deberá acreditar su
residencia fiscal.
Obligaciones del ganador: En todos los casos, el ganador será el único responsable de cumplir con sus
obligaciones fiscales en su país de residencia, así como de acreditar su residencia fiscal y aportar al
Organizador toda la documentación necesaria para la correcta aplicación de las retenciones e ingresos
a cuenta.

The Organiser will comply with applicable tax obligations. The winner is responsible for any taxes due
in their country of residence and for providing required documentation.
In accordance with the tax regulations in force, the Organiser will comply with the tax obligations
corresponding to it. The winner will bear any taxes due in their country of residence and will provide
the necessary documentation.
The prize covered by this Promotion is subject to the Spanish tax regulations in force.
Tax treatment for winners resident in Spain: The prize is considered a capital gain subject to Personal
Income Tax (IRPF). In accordance with the applicable regulations, the Organiser (SATORISAN, S.L.) will
make the corresponding payment on account of IRPF on behalf of the winner.
The calculation is made pursuant to the Personal Income Tax Regulations:
• Value of the prize: €8,000
• Tax base for the payment on account: €9,600 (obtained by increasing the value of the prize
by 20%).
• Payment on account (19%): €1,824
The Organiser will pay €1,824 to the Spanish State Tax Agency (AEAT) in the name of the winner. The
winner must declare in their 2025 Personal Income Tax return a capital gain of €9,600. The payment
on account made will be deductible from the tax due in their tax return.
For information purposes, the relevant articles of the Personal Income Tax Regulations are reproduced
below:
Artículo 99. Importe de las retenciones sobre otras ganancias patrimoniales.
1. The withholding to be applied to cash prizes shall be 19 per cent of their amount.
Artículo 105. Ingresos a cuenta sobre determinadas ganancias patrimoniales.
1. The amount of the payment on account to be made in respect of prizes in kind which
constitute capital gains shall be calculated by applying the percentage provided for in Article
99.1 of these Regulations to the result of increasing by 20 per-cent the acquisition value or
cost for the payer.
Tax treatment for winners who are not resident in Spain: If the winner is not tax resident in Spain,
the prize will be subject to Non-Residents’ Income Tax (IRNR). The Organiser will apply the
withholding corresponding under the regulations in force, taking into account the winner’s country
of residence and any applicable Double Taxation Treaties. The winner must provide proof of their tax
residence.
Obligations of the winner: In all cases, the winner shall be solely responsible for complying with their
tax obligations in their country of residence, as well as for evidencing their tax residence and
providing the Organiser with all documentation necessary for the correct application of withholdings
and payments on account.

14. FRAUDE Y DESCALIFICACIÓN · FRAUD & DISQUALIFICATION
Serán nulas las participaciones que incumplan requisitos o resulten fraudulentas (automatizadas,
múltiples, suplantación, etc.). El Organizador se reserva el derecho a descalificar a cualquier
participante que actúe de forma contraria a estas Bases y eliminar comentarios de carácter ofensivo
o spam. Constituyen causa de descalificación: identidades falsas, suplantación, múltiples cuentas,
etiquetado masivo no humano, uso de bots/servicios de terceros para inflar participaciones y
contenidos ilícitos u ofensivos.
Queda prohibida la suplantación de la cuenta del Organizador o la creación de perfiles que puedan
confundir a los participantes. El Organizador podrá reportar y solicitar la retirada de dichos perfiles y
anular cualquier comunicación no emitida desde @satorisan.brand.
Entries that do not meet requirements or are fraudulent (automated, multiple, impersonation, etc.)
will be void. The Organiser may disqualify entries that breach these Terms and remove offensive or
spam comments. **[NEW]** Grounds for disqualification include: fake identities, impersonation,
multiple accounts, non-human mass tagging, use of bots/third-party services to inflate entries, and
unlawful or offensive content.
Impersonation of the Organiser’s account or creation of confusing profiles is prohibited. The
Organiser may report and request takedown of such profiles and invalidate any communications not
issued from @satorisan.brand.

15. EXONERACIÓN DE INSTAGRAM · INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
Instagram no patrocina, avala ni administra esta Promoción, ni está asociada a la misma. El
participante exonera a Instagram de cualquier responsabilidad derivada de la Promoción.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, nor associated with it.
Participants release Instagram from any liability arising from the Promotion.

16. EXONERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD · DISCLAIMER
El Organizador no se responsabiliza de pérdidas, robos, retrasos o circunstancias de terceros que
afecten a la Promoción, ni del uso del premio por el ganador. Tampoco responderá por causas de
fuerza mayor o caso fortuito que impida la Promoción o el disfrute del premio. El Organizador no
responde de interrupciones técnicas de Instagram ni de servicios de terceros imprescindibles para la
Promoción, ni de retrasos/cancelaciones del viaje imputables a proveedores. Se aplican los términos
del proveedor (Viajes Area) una vez emitida la reserva.
The Organiser is not responsible for third-party losses, theft, delays or circumstances affecting the
Promotion, nor for the winner’s use of the prize. The Organiser is not liable for force majeure or
unforeseen events preventing the Promotion or enjoyment of the prize. The Organiser is not liable
for Instagram outages or third-party services essential to the Promotion, nor for travel
delays/cancellations attributable to suppliers. Supplier terms (Viajes Area) apply once the booking is
issued.

17. LEY APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN · APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
Estas Bases se rigen por la ley española. Para la resolucion de cualquier controversia, las partes se
someten a los Juzgados y Tribunales de la ciudad de Valencia, con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro
fuero que pudiera corresponderles, salvo norma imperativa en contrario.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the
parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia, expressly waiving any other
jurisdiction that may correspond to them, save where mandatory provisions state otherwise.

18. ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS BASES · ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
La participación en esta promocion implica la aceptación íntegra e incondicional de las presentes
Bases. El incumplimiento de cualquier cláusula conllevará la exclusión del participante.
Participation in this Promotion implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions. Failure to comply with any clause will result in the participant’s exclusion.
